We cannot handle pet emergencies in a mobile vet visit. If your pet’s condition is an emergency, please reach out to a veterinary hospital. We recommend:
We recommend using email for general questions, routine appointments, and prescription refills. We check our emails throughout the day and try to respond in a business day or sooner. If emailing for an appointment, please suggest several days or times that you prefer. We will do our best to accommodate you.
To prevent interruptions with your pet’s medication schedule, please contact us one week before your pet’s prescription runs out. Most refills will be done quickly, but certain special orders may take longer.
